Um... I have had every version of MSIE from the 1.0 for 95 to the 1.5 beta
for Win3.1x to the 3.0 Alpha for 95 and NONE of them INCLUDING 3.0Alpha have
ANYTHING about perental control or site exclusion lists.

They must have been announcing what they plan to do as if they had already
done it.
