As a result, Kim's recommendation for a National Merit scholarship and admission to college were revoked. Kim, a 3.8 grade-point-average student, took his case to court and won. The Bellevue School District will allow Kim to reapply for the scholarship and will pay him $2,000. Kim is currently a freshmen at Columbia University in New York and has since created a new home page. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ ~=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~--~=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=~ Posted by Richard K.
