It appears the President will sign the bill containing the
indecency provision very soon, probably today. That will precipitate our
publication of an article by Judge Steve Russell containing a lot of nasty
language. Once it is published, Steve, myself and Bill Densmore, if I
understand the law correctly, can be arrested and sent to jail. That
could mean an end to the American Reporter and huge fines and jail terms.
I will keep you posted. In the meantime, please let me know if
you wish to unsubscribe or anything as a result of our plan to publish
Steve's article. This is sort of a final warning on that issue, I think,
as it will probably start to happen pretty fast. I have the article in
hand ready to go. Please wish us well.
