Several months ago we had a thread on this list about domain names
(like "cpsr.org") and the policy adopted by the organization that
hands them out, Network Solutions, to resolve disputs. A new article
with some interesting comparisons between domain names and trade
names, plus some criticism of the Network Solutions policy, is at:

There's an interesting article in the March 29 Web Review about people
selling or offering porn on the Internet. It's useful to remember
that pornography (like drugs) is there because people want it, and
