Two discussions of politics, democracy, and electronic media
(including a member of the German Green Party) will take place in
Boston on October 30 and 31.

A conference on "Building the Information Superhighway" in low-income
communities will be held in Chicago on November 16 and 17.

A conference on "Ethics of the Internet" (including surveillance and
issues of access by children) will be held in Berkeley, CA on November
18.
