Grab a copy of the latest McAfee SCAN program and run it on your machine every now and then. You might catch things that have managed to slip past NAV. Once in awhile I have to use rent-a-PC's at Kinko's locations here and there; they all have NAV on their systems. Last time, I ran SCAN (which I always have with me) and found the CONCEPT virus lurking in a bunch of MS Word templates. NAV was oblivious to their existence.
