Cyber righters,
I am interested to know just when the current session of Congress runs
out. I hope as all of you do that there is not enough time left this year
to address the myriad of issues that the Telecommunication Act of 1995
has raised. Aside from calling congresspeople, what other stall tactics
could we use??
