I can offer eVoted lists for these purposes. With eVote, any member
of the list can set up a poll, we can change our votes, see how each
other voted (just like a show of hands). Secret voting is supported
too but it's not as useful for discussion-oriented decision-making.
Also, eVote can be embedded into CPSR's lists.
