Subject: D-Day's Thursday

The White House has called and told (for planning purposes) that
the bill will be signed Thursday, while both 24 Hours In Cyberspace and
CNN are here. We will hold the Thursday edition until the dirty deed is
done, and then mail it out with the indecent article by Steve Russell,
which is entitled: "The X-On Congress: Indecent Comment on An Indecent
Subject. I suspect that this will occur shortly after noon on Thursday (9
am, PST). It will also go out on the Web at the same time. We'll then get
a lift down to the District Court and file the complaint.

Those of you who wish to contribute either letters or articles to
this edition should plan your contribution now. Thanks once again for
your support; only two of our subscribers have cancelled due to the
article, and both are temporary, I think.

Best,

Joe Shea
