We will hold the Thursday edition until the dirty deed is done, and then mail it out with the indecent article by Steve Russell, which is entitled: "The X-On Congress: Indecent Comment on An Indecent Subject. I suspect that this will occur shortly after noon on Thursday (9 am, PST). It will also go out on the Web at the same time. We'll then get a lift down to the District Court and file the complaint. Those of you who wish to contribute either letters or articles to this edition should plan your contribution now.
