The American Reporter will be going into Federal court at about
10:30 a.m. EST this morning in New York to seek injunctive relief from
the Communications Decency Act after having published an indecent
article by Judge Steve Russell entitled, "The X-On Congress: Indecent
Comment On An Indecent Subject." Our challenge is based on the belief
that the law is unconstitutional and that it prohibits speech that is
allowed in print. A copy of our complaint will be available after
