Apropos of this message, it is our understanding that the bill
will be voted on Thursday, and we now have a draft complaint awaiting
approval of our parties to file in Federal court upon enactment. We chose
not to join the ACLU suit because of the collateral issues involved that
we did not wish to litigate. They will not preclude consolidation of the
suits at a later time.

I have written a law review article on the legislative history of the
communications decency amendment. I would be very interested in assisting
with the law suit. I live in the D.C. area and recently I met with Audrie
Krause when she was here talking at the internet society seminar. Let me
know how I can help.

Hi Craig!

You MUST mention http://www.tampax.com. It's an infomercial for Tampax
that includes a "Body Matters" section with lots of feminie hygene advice.
Imagine if Protor and Gamble got busted for peddling indecent content!
Wouldn't that be.... STUPID!
